Hello there! My name is Chris, and I'm excited to share with you my passion for creating, technology, and baking bread. As a recently retired professional in the IT industry, I have had the opportunity to pursue my love for bread-making, which led me to create an online live stream called The Bread Show way back in 1998. Before YouTube existed, I used a streaming service provided by Yahoo to share my love for bread with the world. Now, years later, I've recreated the streaming show and website to reintroduce my friends and family to the joy of baking bread. So, let's get started on this exciting journey together!
